Big Cat. If you come to Open Door to see me, don't go to the cat house- I live in the kennel! You see-I love the dogs and want a home with lots of them.

I know I have a face only a mother could love, but if you get past that, I'm really a great dog. I need a special home that will understand I have a few skin issues-but other than that, I'm perfect...Come see me, my name is Grace!

My name is Hunter and I'm probably the most handsome and silliest cat you'll meet. I love to play ball and make funny faces at you. My first owners moved off and left me so I'm hoping to find a new home that will love me forever...

I have quite a story to tell you. In December of 2005, the shelter found me living on the streets. They brought me back here and named me "The King" because I was so handsome. I was adopted shortly after that. My family seemed to love me very much...at least until the baby came along and then they wanted to get rid of me and the other dog! So, I was returned to Open Door and you might say I've put on a few pounds ( I weighed in at 60 lbs) - wasn't my fault though. You see, my family over fed me and didn't play with me for exercise. I promise it won't be long and I will be nice and trim just like I used to be. I'm still a handsome, lovable boy! They say I'm the King, but if that were the case, why am I in here?? I'm a great dog that just needs the right home that will love me forever-if that's you, i'll be waiting at Open Door.

I'm Whiskers and once you meet me you'll never foreget me. I'm full of energy and love to play. I need a home with no small animals and one that wants to walk with me instead of putting me in the back yard.

My name is Izzy and so far in life I have not been treated as man's best friend. I had a family that left me chained up outside all the time - it was an awlful life and it got even worse. You see, a coyote began stalking me and even tried to attack me a few times. Whew, that was a close call and I'm glad Open Door came to my rescue. For the first time in my life, I feel safe and loved. Rumor has it that an even better life awaits me and I'm hoping you can help me out, please...
